Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable and non- transferable. Refunds cannot be given for missed tours. If you are delayed or unable to make a tour through circumstances beyond your control please contact us immediately as we may be able to sell your tickets to someone else. If we manage to sell your tickets we can then offer you a refund or a later tour if available.

Customers must reserve a specific time and tickets are only valid for that time.

Tour Departures

Please collect your tickets from our booking office 10 to 15 minutes prior to the departure time of your tour. Seating cannot be reserved and is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Smoking

Smoking, eating and drinking is NOT permitted on the vehicle.

Children

An adult must accompany children under sixteen years. There are no storage facilities on the vehicles therefore buggies and wheelchairs are NOT permitted on board but can be left in our ticket office at your own risk.

Lost Property

Whilst every effort is made to return lost property, Pearlwild Ltd t/a The Yellow Duck Marine cannot be held responsible for property left on the vehicle or in the ticket office. Property found must be collected from our office at 32 Anchor Courtyard, Albert Dock, Liverpool, L3 4AS

Accident or Loss

We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss however caused.

Refunds

Refunds are only permitted for the following reasons:

• Bad weather that does not permit the tour to run.
• The tour is partially completed (only 50% in these circumstances)

Tour Changes

Each tour operates subject to sufficient demand, tours with a low capacity maybe cancelled without prior notice. We will offer you an alternative time slot at your convenience or a full refund.

In the event of disruption due to road closures en-route which prevent the tour as advertised being operated every endeavour will be made to substitute an alternative route, Pearlwild Ltd t/a The Yellow Duck Marine reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements.

Tours may be subject to delays and duration longer than advertised due to road and dock conditions, please take this point into consideration when choosing a time slot (especially if you have other arrangements planned).

If there are road or water diversions tours may have to be altered at short notice.

General Conditions

We may at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their behaviour offensive or disruptive to other passengers and shall take no further liability.
